The Meadowbrook is a 115 unit apartment community.  We have recently added:

All buildings have secured entry intercom systems.  All units have electric baseboard heat and are cable ready.  There are laundry facilities on the ground floor of each building.  We also have a large, heated pool for seasonal use.

Our location in Richmond Beach is close to shopping, on a busline, near parks and beach access, Shoreline schools and a new public library.  

It is a very peaceful living environment.
